Self-pickup In Store
Our Self-pickup In-Store option allows you to place an order on chenghuathardware.com and then pick up your item(s) at one of our stores.
Step 1: Select the option for “Self Pickup” during checkout.
Step 2: "Receive Email Confirmation" Once your order's status shifts to processed/processing, you will receive an email confirming that it is ready for pickup.
Step 3: "Pick up your order at the store" Bring your identification and the notification email to our store during your pick up.
**Self-pickup is only available at the store chosen by the customer when the order is placed, during the store's normal business hours, and only for orders that have been confirmed via an In-Store Order Pickup Notification email. Most orders are ready within two hours, but please allow extra time for large orders or items that need to be put together.
**Any order that was placed through Click and Collect or Self-Pickup In Store should be picked up within 7 business days of being notified. If no one is there to pick up the order, it will be forfeited and strictly non-refundable.
Standard Delivery in 3-5 Working Days
Our default shipping method for most items includes delivery by our own fleet of motorbikes, vans, and small trucks or by 3rd Party Logistic (3PL) providers. Small parcel orders and medium-sized orders that don't exceed 1M3 in volume or 3.0M in length are eligible.
The delivery person will bring the item to the closest dry place outside your home. This is usually the front door, porch, or driveway in front of the garage. For residential and business buildings with more than one floor, deliveries will only be made to the security office, main entrance, foyer, and loading bay.
Oversize Delivery 7-14 Working Days
For items ordered in large quantities or in bulk, this could mean one or more deliveries by our own fleet of trucks or by 3rd Party Logistic (3PL) providers. The delivery person will bring the item to the closest dry place outside your home. This is usually the porch or the driveway in front of the garage. As for residential and commercial buildings with more than one floor, deliveries will only be made to the loading bay or a designated unloading area. The delivery person will call you to set up a time for delivery. And the buyer is responsible for giving the carrier a safe way to get to the site and a place to unload.
Split Order Delivery
We will do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. In order to help you plan ahead, we may divide your order into many deliveries. You might also just let us know the priority that you have when you place the order.

On the product page, you can get an estimate of when your order will be shipped if you ordered it in advance. Please contact our customer service department if you have more questions.
Special Order Delivery
Those things that aren't listed in our current inventory are called "Special Order." For the most up-to-date information on delivery dates and times, please contact our service support desk.
Express Delivery
Use our Express Delivery service right away if you need your order there quickly. Our Delivery by Appointment service allows you to schedule a delivery time that works best for you. Talk to us right now!
Please note that Express Delivery is only available for select in-store products at the given store, and is only available for a limited time. All orders must be placed by 10:00 a.m. local time on regular business days and confirmed via Express Delivery notification before they can be shipped. Depending on your order's size and weight, as well as any additional options you choose, the shipping price will be calculated.
Delivery by Appointment
If you frequently travel or are frequently unavailable to receive your order, do not stress! Our Delivery by Appointment service allows you to schedule the delivery at your convenience. Talk to us!
