Return Policy

Returned items can be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value at any Cheng Huat Hardware retail location or online.

Our Customer Service help-desk requires that all products being returned or exchanged in stores be clearly identified.

Return of Non-Faulty Goods
● Items that are returned must be unused and in their original packaging.
● Tax invoices and receipts must be valid and unaltered.
● As a result of this policy, all refunds will be made in the original currency. Credit card refunds must be reimbursed to the credit card used to make the purchase.

● We can offer an exchange for goods that are "like."

Online Purchases, Returns or Exchanges
You can return online purchases in store with the tax invoice, or you can contact our Customer Support team at chenghuat.web@gmail.com.

Return Policy Exceptions
On the following items, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges:

● Cement or cementitious products
● Steel bars or industrial metal products for construction
● Wood and similar products
● Specified shelf-stable products
● Special order or custom-made items
● Any item(s) custom cut to size per your desire
● Colored paint (if you change your mind on the colour)

Please be advised that certain goods/products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable owing to their product composition, usage instructions, shelf life, expiration date, and other characteristics. Depending on the nature of the item, its characteristics may change. This is the extent to which ATKC Cheng Huat Hardware goes to assure the greatest quality of goods and services for all consumers.

Return or Exchange of Faulty Goods

Faulty or damaged goods under warranties
In addition to the manufacturer's warranty on certain items, Cheng Huat Hardware and its suppliers provide a guarantee of acceptable quality on all products. You are entitled to a replacement or refund in the event of a major issue. You also have the right to have the items repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality but the defect is not fatal.

We advise you to keep your receipt, since we may want evidence that you purchased the item from us. Our support help-desk can inform you if a refund, exchange, repair, or replacement is available.
